Thanks for the clarification, my only question is that it says in the article that the women in the pic is an actress. Marissa Miller isn't an actress, she's a model. I know we're not supposed to be making written statements here, but someone might want to clarify that point.

Alright, I made a copy of a22k1cker's post and moved the discussion to here. I'm leaving his post of the pic in there for now, just to prevent others from trying to post it in the thread. Honestly, I hope you're right a22, but I think you're going to need a lot better evidence than trying to point to matching moles, shoulder blades and feet. I personally don't think you can draw any reliable conclusion from the two pictures that you posted. If I had to guess I'd say it's Marisa Miller and not Hayden. I'm basing my conclusion on the fact that the original photo shoot involved Marissa Miller. If you go look at the Marisa Miller thread you'll see all the photos for this spread in sequence, along with this one and they all seem to match. Match Marisa Miller that is. Furthermore, why would Marisa Miller who has done lots of nudity, allow someone like Hayden Panettiere to appear nude in place of Marisa, in a photo spread that's attributed to Marisa? It just doesn't make sense to me.

Like I said before, I certainly hope I'm wrong and I certainly appreciate the fact that you're trying to show that there may be discrepancies, but right now I'm not buying into it.

Why would the photographer say that the anonymous woman is a well known actress if it's Marissa Miller? And why would Marissa Miller be bothered about being anonymous, she's been naked far too many times to even bother anymore...

That's a good question and I asked myself the exact same thing. However, it all comes down to whether or not you believe the person who made the statement. I personally think the photographer has every incentive in the world to lie. She released a new book so she's looking to get more media attention and sell more books. Truth is, unless Hayden comes out and acknowledges that it's her in the photo we'll probably never know. We're all hoping that it is her, but I'm going to remain doubtful until there's an admission or conclusive proof.

This was given a rigorous forensic exam on another board by me and several experts. The moles on her back, the arms, toes, back ridge, elbows, musculature on her shoulders and back...all match those of Hayden.

Also, Marisa is not an actress. Hayden is.

Unless you can twist the imagae around and show me Marisa's face, it's 100% Hayden.

Why do you believe the woman who said the girl in the picture was a famous actress? If that's the case why didn't she say it a year ago, BEFORE her book was released?

And as coincidence may have it BigDaddy, you're talking to someone who was not only a biological anthropologist, but is now a PA of diagnostic radiology. I do physical exams on people daily BigDaddy, and there was nothing forensic about the evidence in that thread you were talking about. I read all of it. The mole evidence was somewhat compelling, but that's as good as it got. Regardless, it's not helpful to draw conclusions from photos that were tampered with and weren't taken under controlled conditions. I don't know a thing about photo shop, or the extent to which such programs can manipulate images, so I would never get involved in a truly scientific discussion regarding the identity of the person in the photo.

there's a second mole over the left butt cheek that matches also...so I for myself thinks it is her, and this was in the book Room 23 which I think Marissa Miller was not part of and the autor said she was someone in her book already

Funny enough, I think she lied about the way she gave birth. She talked about contractions and an epidural and how she did a medicine-less birth..But has a blatant c-section scar..inneresting

pretty sure they are but k..guess being a mod makes them an expert on pictures and celebs?..Notice the mole on her left side of the chin..not to mention her jaw bone structure alone you can see it. She also stated in an interview that she wore a girdle after birth to look good..That skin covered tank top thing is a girdle. She also has a mole on the left side right under her :S breast..Also seen in the pix but k and lastly the bathroom in which those pictures are taken matches the bathroom in which Jessica did a video for ibeatyou. She has 2 pugs..She's known to love pugs..The pajama bottoms have pugs on them..go figure..Just sayin
