Dave Murray and Adrian Smith from Iron Maiden are pretty bad ass... love the dual guitars

First awesome threat.

Second, the best, in my view, has to be Howard Alden.

Here's why

There's a movie by Woody Allen called "Sweet and Lowdown." It stars Sean Penn. In the movie there's a made up character named Emit Ray. Howard Alden wrote all the music and is really the one playing the tunes. On Limewire and any other mp3 download site, I would posit that 95 percent of people think Emit Ray truly exists and have no idea who Howard Alden is. That is some serious lore. If you're special enough to create your own make believe guitar great, you're unreal.
