I can't really order them other than to say the first ones I list are probably more favoured than the last few . . .

A Few Good Men
007 (all of them)
The Matrix (only the first one)
LOTR trilogy
The Whole Nine Yards

honourable mentions to Fight Club and Shaun of the Dead

5.Night of the Living Dead (along with ANY sequel)
4.The first two Batman movies (two reasons - 1. Michael Keaton played an excellent Batman/Bruce Wayne and 2. Tim Burton is the shit in my opinion. )
3.8mm (pretty fucked up, but it was still a good Nick Cage movie)
2.Con Air
1.Face/Off (bra-fuckin-vo)

And my hat's off to Disney's National Treasure. I thought it was a bad step for Nicolas Cage to do a Disney movie. I don't recall him ever doing one before. But it was actually pretty suspenseful and entertaining. He pulled it off nicely.

Sounds like someone has a hard-on for Nicholas Cage.

Or just for Nicholas Cage's bad movies. What about Adaptation or Leaving Las Vegas?

I thought this thread was about naming "your" personal favorites, not someone else's. To each their own, everyone has their own opinion and choices. Even I would beg to differ on some of the choices above.

Hey Cyberhypnotic,

I was just joshing with you. I actually like almost all of your choices. I didn't see 8mm because it seemed like the subject matter was somewhat disturbing.

Btw, you didn't mention Gone in 60 Seconds or Valley Girl. And what was that movie where he played an ambulance driver? That was a fucked-up movie.

I don't see how I had forgotten about those. The ambulance movie was Bringing Out the Dead. But anyway, I took no offense, which is why I said everyone has their own opinions. In my opinion though, I wouldn't say any of his movies are "bad" but some are better than others. Even still, he's one of my favorite actors. Besides, it's hard to name only 5 of your favorites when you might have so many. Ok, I think we got off topic a bit. Time to get back on it.
