People who ask me for help with their computers/electronics because they have no fucking clue how to use them (and fucked them up because of said ignorance)... and then argue with my diagnosis because their friends/co-workers/brothers-in-law "who are really good with computers and stuff" disagree with me. Unless your friends/co-workers/brothers-in-law are certified in at least two things (the bare minimum being A+) and work directly with computers as an occupation they truly don't know shit. And just reading Tom's Hardware and surfing NCIX does not make you a computer-fucking-expert.
