I've wondered this as well, I've reported quite a few link shorteners and they all still work. So to save my time, which is valuable just like yours, I've just started deleting without reporting. It sucks since I thought a system was in place, but if it's not, I go to the next best thing.

I personally wouldn't allow it and it's definitely not a sextape, she's a bonified pornstar. As a matter of fact, If I were to have seen it before you brought this up I would have deleted it and sent them a quote of 02b.
