My opinion, no way someone just hacks into her phone, posts that one picture, and is done. The EXIF for the original showed it was taken about 5-10 minutes before it was posted on twitter, and was taken down within 3 minutes. She probably meant to send it to someone else, who's name was either right above or below her twitter in her phone.
