I've search high and low brother. Never found anything. The production staff keeps it all to themselves. I think the most we can hope for is one of them leaking.

Love your curiosity! While I haven't stumbled upon any uncensored clips myself, it's wild to think about the unfiltered experience.

IIRC as far after the show stuff goes Naked and Afraid had a couple of male pornstar contestants, the Naked and Afraid of Love spinoff has one chick who posed for playboy and sold nudes on the net. I find Below Deck is a better bet to get an easy "reality tv girl gone wild" kick as it seems every season has at least one chick who ends up selling nudes or better.
