.And you have to admit you want to see them fight side by side one more time.....

Yes i do.But what about the opposition.Tag teams in wwe are really weak right now.Gone are the days of rock/foley, austin/michaels, hart/bulldog, hall/nash, steiner bros, those damn dudleys, edge/christian, LOD.I mean it would be boring for kane and taker to walk over the opposition or make a weak opposition look good.I thought big show/kane was a cool tag team but the only thing they succeeded as a tag team was to pinpoint the cruel lack of top class tag teams in wwe.I remember a feud in wcw between hall/Giant v/s sting/nash that was really cool match.
WWE needs to start creating great tag teams in the mould of hart foundation or demolition. Then they would give taker and kane a run for their money and we as fans would get a match to remember for and a possible wrestlemania moment.

Plan is to have the Hardyz return at 'Mania, that could change between now and then but I'd love to see them together at some point. Tag Team in general has died a painful death and th glory days are far behind us. At present the treams of the Highlanders & Cryme Tyme are stars that given more time could bring the devision back from the edge. I wonder as to how far they will go with the BoD I think it rests purly on the reaction they get next week.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that at recent meetings Vince McMahon has talked about reforming the public’s view of ECW.

Vince has mentioned cutting back on the "Extreme Rules" matches and not even doing them at house shows anymore. They will continue on with currently announced "Extreme Rules" matches, but will slow down drastically after those are done.

If this is true. Can we safely say that the final nail in the ecw coffin ha been set?

House Shows for ECW will end later this year, and The Great Kali has been moved to ECW...I believe that this is the final nail. On to more joyful news in that Cyber Sunday will now be shown on Sky Sports here in the UK...I guess they didnt like my angry email! The system works!

They did cuz as bad as Kali is, there is still the idea of him facing The Big Show which isnt gonna be a see out match but it wud be something to see....maybe Kali will die or something...Oh god has the glory days of wrestling passed us by...should we give up now? What are your views on where wrestling is going or needs to go in order to stay alive? In my view wrestling has become stale..it needs to be reborn I believe that can happen through the likes of TNA and ROH.

I've watched the glory days of pro wrestling from the mid 90's 1995 to 2001.The NWO was a major part of it.The NWO was a brilliant idea. Now wrestling needs another brilliant idea. They need to go back to basics and bring back the jobbers and keep the top matches for ppv like they did in the early 90's.It won't revive the business but it will make it less stale.Remember you could only see hulk hogan v/s ultimate warrior at wrestlemania.Nowadays you would get a hogan/warrior match everyweek a bit like the cena/edge or hhh/batista.I mean how many times can we see these top stars face each other before we get bored.

saeko... If they only showed the top matches on PPV then the ratings for RAW smackdown and ECW would be terrible which would be a huge loss in revenue. It just can't be done anymore. It's really Bischoff's fault since he started giving away PPV matches for free on Nitro.

SPOILER SPOILER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As we all know by now, Big Show will be defending his ECW World Title against five other competitors at the upcoming December To Dismember pay-per-view in an Extreme Elimination Chamber Match. Thus far, Big Show, Rob Van Dam, Sabu and CM Punk (he defeats Knox next week) are scheduled to compete in the match. That leaves two spots open, which will likely go to Test and Hardcore Holly.

As reported earlier, The Big Show has been hurting to say the least. He's had to be taken off several weekend house shows in the past few weeks because he's in so much pain these days. When he does compete, its primarily in tag matches so that he doesn't have to do much. Due to the Big Show's lingering injuries, plans are being made for him to lose the title at December To Dismember.

One person you can count out on winning the title is Rob Van Dam. Vince McMahon is adamant about not giving the title to RVD after his recent drug arrest because he feels he can't count on him anymore. Van Dam is said to be in a major funk because he knows he pretty much ended any chances he had of being the top guy with his drug arrest. So with RVD out of the picture, just who will be awarded the title?

Well, the current plan is for Andrew "Test" Martin to win the ECW Championship at the December To Dismember PPV. WWE is well aware that he isn't their ideal option, but McMahon refuses to give it to RVD. With the exception of perhaps Sabu or Hardcore Holly, there's nobody else that could be a viable option at this point. CM Punk isn't ready for the time being, nor do they want to rush him into the role just yet. So well, the title will likely go to Test.

SmackDown on CW continues go up in the ratings as last night's show did a 2.9 fast national rating, with a 5.0 share. The show opened with a 2.7 first hour, then finished with a 3.1 rating. That put CW in fourth place for the night as they beat out Fox. Last week's show drew a final rating of 2.8. The final number for the 11/3 show will be out next week.

The Hulk Hogan Ultimate Anthology DVD debuted at number one on Billboard's Recreational Sports sales chart for the week of 11/11. Click here to see the entire list.

Gee i wonder why smackdown got better ratings all of the sudden?
