If your daughter is 22 but someone found a nude photo of her when she was 14, would it be ok?

I apologize for using your daughter, assuming you have one,as an example. I'm simple trying to make a point. PC has nothing to do with it.

Point of clarification please.... Kiera Knightley was also underage and her pictures are still on the site. What is the difference?
