Firefox 2

I love Firefox but after DL-ing the latest version last week it started freezing my CPU up whenever I used it. Freeze for 3 seconds, unfreeze for 2 seconds or so. I thought my computer had gotten something virus-ish and was dying on me.

Has this happened to anybody else? I've gotten so used to FF that IE is KILLING me now to use it!

Sorry, haven't had that type of problem with 2.0 at all and it hardly takes up any system resources at all (117,608k). I'd guess that something went wrong with the install so try it again. If that doesn't work, go back to 1.5 and check the Firefox website for more info. They're generally pretty good with problems.

Remember the IEtab add on for those sites which don't like FF.
There's no need at all to use IE with all its vulnerabilities.

I saw a car last week with custom plates that said MOZILLA. Probably just some dork though that loves firefox way too much, it was a nice car though.
